Sorry if this has already been answered tried searching, but couldn't find an answer besides fresh install, but tried that. 

When I load with the x32 client and go to "Bot Mode" questing all my profiles show up, but in the x64 client no profiles show up. I have copied all of my files from the x32 folder to the x64 folders. 

Any idea's?

if they are store profiles, you need to install them from the 64 bit store

When will the x64 bit version be the main version?

The quest ones work well on x64 , just need to re download all the ad-dons from the store again that have been released in beta for the x64 version. You need to select FFXIV x64 up top on the launcher.
