Not sure where to post this so I'm posting it here
Firstly, the question: Am I able to set up fishing where I can fish on several locations based in Eorzean time instead of the "seconds" field in the markers?
I know you can set up different locations on the same zone and shift between two makers at given intervals, but this is irrelevant to me as I'm actually hunting Big Fish.
If I can't I would like to make this suggestion(s):
- Give Fishing the same feature as that of Gathering Unspoiled features - Eorzean Time-based locations. Instead of clicking "Gather Unspoiled" rename it "Big Fish" or something.
- To Expand said feature above, give the ability to distinguish weather conditions. I know there's a stand-alone fisher bot that has these features, but its main downfall is it can't move.
I've been observing lately that you literally cannot camp a fishing area, regardless whether you're actually fishing or not. I just stood at a spot for 1 hour waiting for the next Big Fish Window after missing the first one and it gave me the "Fish sense something amiss" prompt; it's annoying to say the least.
