The queuing really isn't an issue. My plan is check boxes for each race. You tick a box and let it run. Wanted to know whether last place is still worth it as I am not sure yet how to deal with movement.

Last place does give you mgp and experience. It does raise some eye brows though. Already have seen posts on official forums calling anyone who gets DNF (Did not finish) a bot though its usually someone who enters and goes afk. If you can make it just spam accelerate the whole way you will at least finish and not be as suspicious.
The chocobo races are all done server side, so it will (most likely) not be possible to teleport or speed hack.
Last place is worth it. Like i posted earlier, no logic is required to finish a race. first off unless you are playing during the high population times you will be solo most of the time. any racer that takes over 30 seconds longer then first place is DNF so its not like anyone is waiting super long for you. Holding W down from 20% progress to the end is enough to not come in last place every match.
The coures change slightly with each 20 rating increase. I have heard after a while that they change a drastic amount. The race track looks like its slotted. 8 slots on the wide areas and converges to less in tight areas. If it works like that, it would probably be fairly easy to program your bird to dodge X ID on Y slot
Last place is half the xp / mgp of first place. mgp / xp increases with each 20 rating bracket. Even getting last place will quickly net you a lot of mgp as you increase your rating.
ps. if you need assistance with your module I would gladly offer my (limited) assistance

Does it spawn you on the map already mounted on the chocobo?
If it spawns you, then puts you on a chocobo, teleporting might work.
Either way I dunno why everyone wants to focus on chocobo racing, I think it's the ease of botting this mode. If you win it's 84 MGP, you have to wait for the que and run the race and go through 2 loading screens, I haven't done the math but I'm confident you can make more using the minigames, especially the punching one.

Choco-racing is two birds with one stone though. Chocos need to be rank 40 to have them breed, so leveling it up while gaining MGP would be sweet.

You are not on a mount, atleast like the conventional sense. The dev monitor says you are not mounted, mounting and that your position is locked.
I'm sure you've noticed the lag in respect to picking up items and pads. thats the server handeling your position.
MGP items are pretty much glamour style items & casual content. unless you are strickyly into triad most people would want a higher pedigree / rating on their bird. Also its 84 for open races, r80 races are like 120mgp. As you improve your chocobo, racing becomes the best method to farm mgp
You can AFK through every race and still receive credit if you DNF. So a simple script that enters you into races is more than enough to farm choco rank xp.
For GP farming, it's triple triad vs. NPCs all the way. The Imperial guy can be beaten almost 100% with a basic beastmen deck, with very limited logic needed for card placement.

If you had a decent chocobo racing module you would make way way more doing chocobo racing. Have you guys not dont racing. every 20 chocobo rating you get an increase in MGP, you can approach 300 rating on your chocobo, maybe higher. within 2 weeks of botting your bird you would be making a hefty 400 ish mgp in 3 minutes. triad is for short term mgp
Any update on how this is coming along?
