After the recent update the dialogue is being skipped even if the bot is off and the "Skip Dialogues" option is off. If the bot isn't loaded the dialogue runs normally but as soon as the bot is loaded the dialogue goes back to skip mode. While it isn't a critical problem it is annoying when trying to deal with vendors and retainers.

Skip Dialogues has never required the bot to be running. If you want to turn it off, then just turn it off.
