same here, this is what i keep getting. Also, i just updated to latest and still same thing, going to skywatcher gave me a popup once in chrome then never again..

The message says "Access Denied", or something to that effect.

The weatherCollector program utilizes IE to render the webpage to retrive the weather information.

From some short tests is seems like it's only IE that is blocked from accessing the data, and only the english version of the page. In other words, it seems like the block is specifically directed at the methods used by this module to gather weather data.

I don't really have any time to get this up and running again atm unfortunately, don't have much free time as of now.

Edit: Interesting enough the weatherCollector program works without getting the error popup on W10 (but displaying the page in IE yields the error).

WeatherCollector will be a communication error.

Groundless and might , but I put a check in the access to the weather forecast so little there was a thing to be worried about . Try to refresh the page who error occurs .

I believe that the problem exists with the WebBrowser control caching the page which has an old RID. I decompiled the weathercollector and added a random querystring to each request to help reduce the issue, I also added code to find all instances of alert and remove them.

Ideally, we'd just get the RID from the page, and then call the request with the json but I've been too busy to actually do it, so I just have the quick fixes so far.

Getting the json data straight from http://en.ff14angler.com/skywatcher.php?name=1 should be the easiest way no?

I used this add for fishing "Olgoi-Khorkhoi"
But it doesnt work when Southern Thanalan was Heatwave.
an my PC was so heavy cuz WeatherCollector.exe works a lot.

Game is slowing rly hard when i start the fisher, weather prog is active all the time and doesnt update the list untill i start it manualy

when i click "show all fish" and the menu comes up with all the fish. I will click on the fish names, but they won't get added to my list. Is anyone having this issue?

same here. impossible to attach gigant clam to the list.
