So I'm trying to grind my Miner but I anywhere I go, it doesn't do anything and I get this error messages..

If your markers are 1 - 5 a lvl 50 cant mine it.
Need to either alter marker or make a new one.

Yes, but I'm confused whether it's the level in game map, or bot's settings. Because usually, it's already set.

Markers have levels, not the game maps. You should read the marker tutorials/videos, the very first video guide by sebbs covers this basic topic.
