This is Sebbs' RNG 97 Difficulty crafting profile (which is publicly available on his dropbox) -- I like to use this profile for 1-star recipes.

As it says, it is RNG -- but I have about a 95% HQ rate with it. Rarely do I get NQ.

The 195 difficulty profile is for the 1-star gear.

Just started familiarizing myself with the program.

I am trying to use the 97 difficulty rotation but it doesn't seem to work for me.

I have 338 craftsmanship, 349 control, 324 cp. it just uses comfort zone, inner quiet, then a synth and finishes. Want to try and HQ them.
