By yourself? Not more than any other way. You could farm unspoiled nodes and craft things, but "botting money" is best obtained by running dungeons with a 4man premade botting group.

That depends on the gear and what dungeon you're running. There used to be profiles on the forum for one particular dungeon that worked really well. Lemme find it.
