I don't understand your problem. You mean "add a user" to a channel ? Or when you log with the bot ?
Can you provide a screenshot of the error ?

When I add a user to channel.

Seems to be down since Tuesday's update.
Can you check why ? Addon seems to be running fine however website displays nothing.

By the way, do you think you could look into adding few more informations on the website such as
- The experience bar
- Current Quest / Fate
- Ingame chat display on the website

It will yes, but not anytime soon. Lots of things changed with the 64bit version.
