permasprint is the most useful, i had it on for 4 bots simultaneously almost 2 months and nobody even noticed
tele is okay if nobody is around everyonce in a while i honestly only used open map ones to get aethers for the heavensward maps
duty is tele is bad i got banned 4 accounts (all were temporary 3 days) but that is arguably the addon that i had which got me banned the teleing itself before that nothing ever happened
tbh tele is the only thing you need to worry about, just don't do that and you're safe
