I don't think there is a mesh for Ruby for being under water for these.

Bot can't dive or swim yet so Ruby Cotton won't happen until it can.

Oh tbh i didn't search to see that Ruby Cotton Balls were underwater! :(

Yeah need the meshes for that then!
