how to lvl up gathering class  ? like fisher and miner

gathering classes need the gathering pack.
there is no craft pack.
This will never have story pack as latty already does one.

I accidentally deleted every action in the Gathering_Collectibles profiles, and I'd like to reset this. What should I do? uninstalling the addon and reinstalling didn't work.
