just sharing these macros i made up
stats i had were
craftsmanship:2317
control: 2300
cp :541

these are mainly dumb macros and  aren't optimized how i usually like them to be as i'm still gearing up, but they were good enough to complete all the synths
the 2.5 star 70D has some logic built in for reuse , but it is turned off. if you have hq mats you can turn it on and it works

foods used were 
blood boullabaisse
cunning craftsman syrup

once i gear up i will repost better profiles, unless someone else does :)

while in the crafting menu, click on collectables and press use know defaults. it should populate.
if not, you have to click add collectable and type it by hand. the name is case sensitive
