It's the keycode for the username and the forum password for.. well, the password. NOT the forum username and password for both fields.
Also make sure you activate the keycode you got in your paypal e-mail in the User CP here:

Make sure to input your keycode so the developers can see if there's an issue with yours.

You need to use your keycode for the login, not your forum name
