and has buff option work.
but, work like "or" can change to "and"?

I'm not sure I see what the purpose of AND would be. If it has the item you want, then you would always want to cast, so AND would break that logic. Do you mean OR?

yes this happens with me too
from time to time Gathers the bot 1 or 2 times then activated Ability.

it actives right at the start, the buff just takes to long to pop up, so the first gather attempt does not benefit from it. We may have to add a short delay after the cast. Since it happens only sometimes, its only low priority atm.
