Like Delivery Moogle? using Lua.

Ex. 1.if Shard > 9500 ( I assume u can use inventory info to check it right ? ) then stop gather , navigateTo Mailbox location then Interact with Delivery Moogle.
2.if 1 is complete then navigateTo Farm Location and Start gather.

Edit : Player:Interact ?
