Not sure what the issue is for you, but i personally have 4 bots running atm and no issues what-so-ever. Using all the old setups.

cant attack mobs outside of Fates when waiting - also put me into a Fate lvl 4 when i specified min level 7.
running since beta and played a lot with this fantastic bot. I get connecting --success .... game screen goes black as normal.... then crashes. Will try again when I get home from work and re-install a fresh copy and advise you

having issues where one instance will ask for keycode but second will not load the box to start second and wont work.. will load minion but it wont run
