what does this toggle do in settings?

I have also noticed there are a few options with this bot that actually alter the way the game works (ie free sprint constantly, or auto repair gear fully, teleporting etc). What is to stop people from making the bot make my global cooldown 10% faster or completely remove it altogether?

we can remove the global cooldown without problems. we can also give you a permanent swiftcast buff. All looks wonderful on the client. But it doesn't do anything, since the server still does cooldown and channeling for you. So thats just not working.

I also don't know where you see a "disable speedhack" setting in the bot.

I think he is talking about the "disable speedhack" FFXIVMinion Settings

If you have disable speedhack "disabled" then you can hold Left Ctrl key to sprint very very fast, if the disable speedhack option is enabled then holding Left Ctrl does nothing
