Having the same issue.
Make sure your meshes are correct. I haven't been able to play and won't be able to play until May because finals are coming up.
Do your best to troubleshoot, and if it is an issue with the atma plugin (not minion) and not on your end then let me know.

question : if i have done the Relic-Atma quest, get all 12 atmas, and upgraded my relic, so i have simply collect 12 atmas again for a different job/weapon relic upgrade ? or do i have to accept this quest again ?
You can just start collecting again so long as you have a zenith for that job
What are the fate settings to use this correctly? I swear I can't find in the OP.

Got everything working, 6 atmas overnight. Excellent!

I have reset Minion. Reloaded the Meshes. Redownloaded meshes. I have did mostly all i could do or think of. I will play around a little more and check the log to see if i see anything crazy.
Thank you for taking the time to do so. Most people just post "it doesnt work" if they have a problem.
What atmas do you have?
Where are you teleporting from?
Have you made sure the current FATEs that are up aren't blacklisted?
Can you remove the chocobo unsummon code? Not needed since you can mount while your chicken is out and it just wastes the cabbage :(
