Will someone point me to a guide tutorial that explains what exactly claim range is and why when I set rest hp% to 80 my character claims additional mobs even though my HP was under 80% after the previous mob died?

well claim range isnt part of the bot.... that is an addon so you wont find a guide on it unless you look in hte addon for it. This is a question for enhanced assist.
