i use ryume's duty profile. 4BLM. but sometimes TeamB missing mobs and cant pull it. (probably 10 of 3 times happen) so i got 30k gph only.

i changed wait time short or long, but happen that.

who has any idea for solve that?

ps. i use SSD. (two 128GB raid 0 )

has nothing to do with you or the profile, its the security that SE put in to place, you must make short Teleports for the server to update your position. it wont update your position if you TP over a long distance.
