how does it know if your MT or OT is it a filter?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Defiance is MT stance, Deliverance is OT stance. That is under filter one.

Oregano is correct. MT or OT is decided by Filter 1, not by buffs.

What I did was to assign a shortcut on filter 1 and turn it on or off depending on the situation.

Since there's also the stance dance, does it automatically use self healing when stance is changed back to Defiance? Our Healer was wondering about my HP changes ;)
