Actual Duty mode is only about teleportations and obvious bans. You should not use it with your personal accounts. In a few months all dungeons and trials will be available, fully afkable, and without any hack, including HM, EX, Sadic etc... Stay tuned ;)

I have corrected the previously posted file. This one works fully AFK and DOES NOT teleport.
It just walks over to the exit, kills Ifrit, then leaves the duty. Great for farming dungeon numbers for Mentor.
It doesn't teleport! That means it's safe right? Answer: I have no idea. Assume it's not safe right now. I will test and report back.
EDIT: I used this profile about 250 times in one day, it has been over two weeks, no hiccups. I guess this doesn't trigger anything weird.
Keep in mind I did that before the 4.2 update, I doubt that changes much but yea it seems pretty safe to use.
Are you paranoid? Run this about 30-50 times a day until you get the desired numbers. Looks less suspicious. Just a thought.

Edit: I have calculated the rate of farm for this profile. With the same settings as the previous poster.
Completes Ifrit NM: 43 seconds (including entrance/exit load times)
Completes this Duty About 83 times per hour! That's not bad!
You could possibly speed this up even more by tweaking the positions.
