Just purchased a new key and activated it. The app will not start. When I hit attach, it says starting account, then queued for start, then is sits there for a few seconds and then it goes back to the attach button. Please help.

i just brought a two day key and this is not working. the start button is not showing up for me, please help? i tried reinstalling, its on my list on firewall and ran as admin, nothing has worked i cant even use this.. it wont start

It wont allow me to down laod the minion app at all keeps saying virus detected.
