Angel, to maximize dps should i have Filter 3 Enable or Disable? (Raiton or shuriken) btw with ILV 186 and ravana weapon Im doing an average of 1050-1100 on Dummi with 2.2 version in 3 min

LOW MS = enable
HIGH MS = disable
In general: If your MS doesnt allow you to cast Raiton within the GCD - use Shuriken.
