I can only guess noone uses this anymore? For me it doesn't work at all, and I can't find the error... if I just go solo somewhere, and try to kill a target, it does Bio, then Miasma, then a Physick on me (while I have no dmg at all), and then puts Adloquium on myself until the mob dies from the Buffs. It never uses ruin at all (because it always heals me I guess). I'm using EA beta currently, but it's been the same with regular. I went through all the settings, but cant find it...
