It tells you the duration of the suspension in the email they sent out.
Ex:The suspension will last a minimum of 72 hours starting 04-09-2014 0:00 until 04-12-2012 0:00 during which time you will be unable to access FINAL FANTASY XIV.

It's 00:00 of whatever region your se acct is. So, jst, gmt, pst, etc.
As confirmed by live chat when I wanted to find out when my acct would be lifted

Un suspended now, 30sec after logging in, in GM jail. GM said he was taking an item from me, but nothing is missing... Fun stuff!

I just got a 72 hour suspension! I think its because I did Second Coil Turn 1 and 2, 2 weeks ago.
Can i just ask those whose suspension was lifted whether any items/gil were taken?
