First problem is not a mesh issue. Did you update from the svn for your second?

I am having this exact same problem for the 35-50 Eastern La Noscea profile. Not sure what else to try. I have only one bait in my inventory (Honey Worm),& have selected the proper marker in gathermanager that you set-up to use Honey Worms. Also, I have Bot Mode: Fish and ignoremarker levels is UNchecked.

Wineport navmesh botnist lvl 50 nodes a tree at position 16,32 wont gather cause its too high up due to the navmesh not scaling near the tree.

Actually Latty, I figured out a temp. fix. I went thru each individual marker you had input on the mesh and changed or input the bait to the honey worm, which is the bait for my lvl (lvl37). Some of the baits on the lvl30-45 markers were set to use lvl41 spinners. I think that is why it wasn't working. Once I changed all the baits to honey work on each lvl30-40 marker it works fine.

Currently I've managed to come back to my computer stuck at over 20 different places on the Coerthas Mesh. I'd suggest revising how you built it.

It's not really stuck in the mesh, it more a bot issue
What i found so far is that it runs perfect for hour.. then after a few map changes it keeps running into walls, jumping falling from stairs etc. (with random pathing on) reload lua's kinda fixes this.. for a brief moment, usually i need to total exit bot reload and then all fine again for X amount of time.

Will try to make a log and report the bug, but havn't found anything so far in the logs

is anyone else getting alot of crashes on l79-coerthas? i switched to lolol's, worked fine for the last 10hrs, switched back and got 4 crashes within 2hrs, then switched back and has been good for the last 6 hrs.

though, I find myself running into walls and dying more often on lolol's coerthas mesh.
