I have unspoiled nodes for dzemael tomatoe seeds and prickly pineapple seeds. Sometimes the wrong nav mesh loads when I tp to costa del sol and vice versa for wineport. Any way to fix this?

You should go to Eastern La Noscea and set it to the "Eastern La Noscea" mesh. So that it's the default for both areas. The split meshes you are using now are defunct.
