As per the update, there seems to be an issue when gathering if more than one of an item is to be gathered.
Testing case I used was on shards/crystals.
Activating the ward skill would remove the shard and crystal from the list, while opening one of the nodes that lets you gather double shard/matter/pigment would show nothing gatherable.
