Is is possible to increase the DPI for the Minion UI when running in 4k? Right now it is very hard to read and I have to drop down to 1080p to use it.

I too run at 4k. Keep in mind you can resize the windows but generally everything on here is small. I mean the tick marks on the new window below has font that is the same size in-game and this is something we deal with in the web-browser daily. Sure you can increase the size here, but its not really needed.

and to answer your question, no it is not possible to scale up the minion gui.
