if its just for lvling use Manipulation and Ingenuity if its for hqing then this may work
1: Comfort Zone
2: Inner Quiet

4: Hasty Touch

8: Hasty Touch
9: Hasty Touch
10: Masters Mend
11: Manipulation

**18: Ingenuity**- (If u have CP left for it)
19: Careful Synthesis II - till end
395+Cp needed tho
as for Craftsmanship i dont know but for Control ull need 640-650+ i think

FOR LEVELING? How do you get these stats? Im level 60 and ive JUST got 395 Cp, And Im only at around 610 Control.

HQ Boulliabase. I've found that just being a higher level allowed me to use Dur 40 rotations.
