What does the "Manipulation Used" field/condition do?
I'm trying to have the following occur:
If Durability is >=20 and Manipulation > 1 stack remaining and you have Steady Hand 2 keep doing Hasty Touch.
So I tried the following setup under Hasty Touch:
Step >=20
Durability >= 20
Has Buffs: 262+258
Manipulation Used 0
It still spams Hasty Touch after I used Manipulation.
I'm assuming the Manipulation Used means how many times the buff itself was used and not the stacks. If so, would anyone know if there is a way to do this?
