I am just using the basic crafting profile that came with the MMOMinion. I'm just confused by one aspect. It doesn't ever seem to use the HQ materials when it synthesizes an item. If the only available material is HQ the bot stops working because I am out of materials. Anyway to fix this?

you have to enable HQ mats in advanced settings.
