When i use the bot i drop down to 4 fps but right when i stop it i jump right back up to 60-80 fps
This happens in grind mode, really bad in party grind mode, and sometimes in questing mode
Quick edit it is more frequent in HW maps where it is much bigger

disable auto equip and see if it still happens. ive also seen this happen when its trying to navigate to a place via ground and it cant get to it because it needs to fly.

Ive tried that and it still happens not sure what it is churning mists seems to be one of the bigger laggers

Fating in Western Highlands, and it lags super bad while navigating.
