I would love to tweak this stuff but idk what most of these things mean

Hastey Touch Success?
Steady Hand Sta?
Manipulation Use?
InnerQuiet Stack?
I can kinda figure it out with context clues but if someone could explain these, all my crafts are too high to test this out inexpensivey.....

if more that 2 tot use skill. such as basic touch instead of hasty touch.
obiously less than would be for the reverse.
inner quiet stacks would be for byrgots or the cp skill tbat uses stacks.
manipulation is the number of times to use it .. so in manipulation skill missing the buff less than x durability used less than 3 times.. use skill.
