Silly Answer:
Setup the crafting mode to make Gold Ingots.
Actual Answer:
"Best" will alwasy change. Especially since what things are worth money will change - simplest thing to do, find something that's worth a bit, that can be farmed, then setup a whitelist for it and let it go.
