I tried downloading Sebb's profiles, but the Dropbox link is down. The same for the Sense library. Are there alternative locations to download these?

The default profiles are all kept in your minion folder now (in a different folder to keep from overwriting any changes you make).
MINIONAPP>Bots>FFXIVMinion64>LuaMods>ffxivminion>SkillManagerProfiles>Defaults
No idea on Sense.
