Minimum (base): 1551 Craftsmanship, 466 CP
Food: Tempura Platter HQ
Optional Food: Seafood Stew HQ (at 1605 base Craftsmanship / 470 base CP)
Medicine: Competent Crafter's Tea HQ (skippable at 1576 Craftsmanship)
You need more CP. I guess you need to overmeld your ACC and off hand to reach it.
