I too am having the same problem with the UI disappearing seconds after attaching.
Update: After following the directions here: http://wiki.mmominion.com/doku.php?id=installation my UI seems to be working great. Specifically, I disabled all other overlays(NVIDIA Geforce, Steam, Winodows 10 Game bar, XIV-Hunt) and whitelisted the program in my antivirus.
