A subscriber? Does that mean as long I have a Key active and/or in waiting to be activated?
Or do I need to pay for Board Lua files?

you need to have an active key on your account. you won't be able to use the lua code for anything without an active key anyway.

I have now an active key and it still doesn't let me download...
EDIT: Nevermind one just needs to wait 20-30 minutes
(For people having the same issue)
