Level 31-35 Mining
Great for collecting raw amethyst for the lvl35 mining quest, and is made with the recently updated Navmesh!!
Also, great for leveling Mining from lvl31-35

It says Central Shroud - Thal's Respite but the latter is in Thanalan.
