Anyway to increase the FPS? I have lowered everything to minimum, but it's still jittery. Are there any other settings that can help increase FPS?

Can I ask what System your using?
What GPU's you have
and do you have an onboard Intel GPU along with your main GPU such as the Intel HD 4000?
