can a mod please give me access? I'm unable to download from forums.
or if there is something i need to do let me know, i looked for a rules section and didn't find anything on having access released to new members.

You need to buy the bot then add the key that you will recieve on your email to your USERCP.
Once this is done, you will become a subscriber and you will be able to use/download from forum
