Just threw this lancer together for fate grinding. Suppose it could be used as an assist bot as well in dungeons.
Should still work even if you dont have every cross class skill.
I havent tested this yet, im about to start, but thought I would share it anyway.
Let me know of any suggested changes.

Protect<Conjurer> whenever buff is needed
Cure when player health <40%
Feint<Pugilist>set to work out of combat so it should pull with this since its instant cast - not tested
Life Surge when player health <80%
Blood Bath<Marauder> when player health <65% & Mob health>65% (so its not wasted when mob is almost dead)
Raging Strikes<Archer> when target health>70% so its not wasted
Mercy Stroke<Marauder> When target health<20%
Haymaker<Pugilist> Whenever it can - after dodging an attack
Leg Sweep Whenever its off Cooldown
True Thrust > Vorpal Thrust > Full Thrust

Im going to start making more of these type profiles for those that like to level all classes rather than focus on one. I just got all DOW classes to 30, Next going to work on DOM classes. my current highest is 35 marauder, as i get them all closer to 50 I should be able to put together some good profiles that should incorporate all cross class abilities and work through large lvl ranges
