Using SkillManager, Bot is always at least 1 GCD cycle (2.5sec) late/behind detecting the latest casted buff/debuff.
There is no problem with the Dev or Console.
Example #1: I can end up casting the same DoT debuff like Aero/Thunder at least twice, because bot doesn't detect the debuff on the Target.
Example #2: I can end up casting the same "Protect" buff (Yes, I do know that Protect has multiple buff IDs like (146,147...) on myself at least twice, because bot doesn't detect the buff on the Target.
