Is this condition possible to achieve with the current version of Minion?
The only conditional I've found to prevent a skill from going off on a specific target is using the NotContentID flag, which is pretty useful in its own right, but doesn't help in this case. I still want skills to go off, just not while the target has specific buffs.
Example buffs would be the Paladin's Hallowed Ground, Ravana's directional parry, or magic/ranged immunity in Void Ark or Leviathan. Would be extremely useful for Attunement in PvP as well.
