    According to the tutorials, there should be items shown in the gathering manager window after I choose the marker. However there was only "none" shown in the item 1 and 2.If I type the item name in to the item list, the bot can recognize it and gather well. It's there some thing wrong with my setting so that no item is shown?

    It has been changed to manual input, so write the name of the thing you want to gather there. Its case sensitive,so make sure you get it right.
