Of course it does, I have no problem with editing profiles to work on my setup. Latency only varies so much, we're talking about a quarter of a second here. Adding a second to each fail timer is all it takes to ensure it works for everyone.
And thats exactly what i do.... I run 32 plus bots on a 3mb connection any type of latency that anyone else experiences im sure im right there. When creating adjusting profiles I add time to the fail timer. I've ran this profile sooo many times and never had an issue. So i doubt its due to latency.
