you cant trust alot of those ID's. They are just flat out wrong. 723 is the Aether bomb. the Data mine from that website is notoriously inaccurate because of how many times before the game came out SE moved spell id's around. That datamine was from beta last I looked.

BTW, the site's datamining is just fine, they just happen to have multiple copies of the same spells/statuses in the client sometimes due to multiple mobs having the same spells, while not always having the same ability to remove said effects. Any data could be considered wrong if you misinterpret it. SE has never "shifted" any IDs. "Notoriously inaccurate" part made me laugh though.. don't know wtf you're on about.
